Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end inventory cycle, ensuring that inventory meets sales demand and promotional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse and report on store and product performance and profitability against target for the assigned category.
- Monitor in-stock, advertised lines, slow-moving stock, and inventory mix, identify and resolve issues and escalate for resolution as required.
- Maintain in-stock position to meet demand through accurate forecast of unit volumes and supplier stock availability, and monitoring and review of replenishment parameters.
- Closely monitor inventory levels, proactively identify anomalies and take corrective steps to ensure stock levels meet demand and category and promotional plan.
- Raise and allocate orders on assorted items, promotional orders, and follow up with suppliers to ensure inventory is delivered on time to meet in-stock targets and promotional plan.
