At Chadstone, we are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our stockroom operations, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting, and optimizing storage capacity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of AUD $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Conducting regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize storage capacity and reduce waste
