Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our Replenishment team at our South Melbourne Support Office. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the flow and control of inventory across our network of stores through replenishment, analysis, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Use historical data and insights to create and manage forecasts for baseline, seasonal, and promotional sales for your assigned categories.
  • Ensure forecasts are aligned with Supply Chain team targets for inventory availability and stock turn.
  • Manage excess inventory after promotional periods in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that inventory holdings are sufficient to cover promotional forecasts and strategies.
  • Maintain replenishment parameters for product, supplier, and store scheduling.
  • Track and report on supplier DIFOT performance and collaborate with suppliers to improve store delivery efficiency.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who has demonstrated capability in retail inventory management and replenishment analysis. You should have strong numerical skills, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are also required.

Benefits
