About the Role:


We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Build a culture that is centered around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement.
  • Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve.
  • Elevate teams through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.

About You:


We are looking for someone who is authentic, analytical, and attentive. You should understand the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth and proactively share your knowledge with those around you.
