Global Trade Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Shipping and Imports Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing import shipments, generating arrival notices, and arranging the release of cargo.
Main Responsibilities:
- Import Shipment Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of import manifests, adhering to regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Arrival Notice Generation: Generate arrival notices in accordance with shipping schedules and deadlines.
- Cargo Release Arrangements: Arrange for the release of cargo from ports and terminals, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a good understanding of shipping procedures and documentation.
A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate, including a discretionary bonus and profit share after a two-year qualifying period.
