We are seeking an experienced Global Trade Specialist to manage our international trading clients' import operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely clearance and delivery of shipments.

About the Role
  • Receive pre-alerts and specifications prior to shipment departure
  • Monitor import status to coordinate carriers and receival commitments
  • Process import documentation for air and sea freight shipments
  • Familiarity with Cargowise is essential
  • Optimize import processes to expedite clearance and delivery
The Requirements
  • Proven experience in global trade within a freight forwarder
  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work effectively within the Australian market
