Global Delta Trading Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Global Delta Trading Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing global trading strategies, capitalizing on market inefficiencies, and developing trade ideas that drive execution costs and short-term price movements.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of probability and statistics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for financial markets.

In addition, you should have 3+ years of relevant trading experience, strong programming skills in Python or C++, and an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Statistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and manage global trading strategies.
  • Capture pricing inefficiencies between index constituents, ETFs, futures, and custom baskets.
  • Develop trade ideas that maximize book features predictive of execution costs and short-term price movements.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant trading experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of probability and statistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for financial markets.
