Job Title: Transformation Change Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Change Lead to drive engagement, ensure a smooth adoption process, and develop targeted training programs in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by guiding people through change and building system capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a structured change management strategy for ECP transition.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to align change initiatives with workforce strategies.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs, materials, and post-go-live support for successful system adoption.
  • Execute a comprehensive communication plan to inform stakeholders and build confidence in the new payroll system.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and track adoption rates and employee sentiment to gauge workforce preparedness and performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in change management and training delivery within complex industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • A strong ability to drive engagement and manage change strategies effectively.
  • Excellent facilitation and training skills, with experience tailoring content for diverse employee groups.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, impactful messages.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and processes, with certifications in Change Management considered an advantage.
