
Customer Relationship Manager

This role requires an individual who can utilize their customer service expertise to build strong relationships with customers, collaborate with technicians on scheduling and invoicing, and provide exceptional service to customers within our Pre-Construction division.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Centricity: Take ownership of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and respond to customer queries related to their bookings in a timely and effective manner.
- Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrate experience in customer service, including the ability to display empathy and active listening skills. Provide high-quality customer service and act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy while invoicing using the CRM and setting up appointments for Pre-Construction customers.
- Problem-Solving: Respond to customers/builders' enquiries/complaints on service and where required arrange necessary non-standard service calls.
- Time Management: Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's, and meet targets while working as a team and independently.
- Reporting: Collate and prepare reports. Achieve outcomes while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, tact, and discretion.
- Documentation: Document all relevant information on the CRM to provide clear instruction for field technicians.
- Database Management: Maintain our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
- Validation: Call customers/builders to validate requirements for confirmation of visit.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Essential Experience: Working as Business Support, Administration, or Coordinator.
- Technical Skills: Capable of reading plans and basic construction knowledge or similar experience.
- Software Proficiency: Experienced with multiple web-based data-bases and email programs, with Microsoft suite being desirable.
- Communication: Proficient in verbal and electronic communication.
- Pressure Management: Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
- Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues.
- Reliability: Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into systems.
