Job Summary:

This role is focused on managing client relationships and supporting the sales team to deliver services effectively.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Liaise with the operations team to resolve issues, follow up leads, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and record quotes, maintain pricing information, and process customer orders.
  • Generate new business opportunities and identify upsell/cross-sell potential.

 

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient with computers (experience with ServiceM8 is an advantage)
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Valid Police Check or willingness to obtain
