Job Overview

This role is based in Sydney and supports the fixed income division, providing access to fixed income opportunities and delivering quality service and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and their fixed income requirements, providing outstanding advice and client service.
  • Construct and manage investment portfolios to meet client requirements, preparing trading ideas or relative value opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets, contributing to team success, and driving growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, meeting yearly acquisition targets, and building robust referral channels.
  • Ensure exceptional client service, accurate execution, and settlement, using CRM and sales processes to maintain client understanding of requirements.
About You / Qualifications
  • RG146 Accreditation; degree in finance, mathematics, or a quantitative discipline; experience in private wealth investments or financial markets.
  • 2-3+ years of Sales experience in Trading or Broking in Financial Markets, with demonstrated success in servicing clients.
  • Energetic, confident, entrepreneurial, with strong business acumen; ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills with strong communication, delegation, and ability to manage junior staff; proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
