Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned investment professional, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Australian fixed income investment team as a Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fixed income investment strategies across multiple portfolios.
  • Maintain portfolio compliance with established guidelines, risk profiles, and investment objectives.
  • Conduct thorough performance evaluations and attribution analyses.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of client reports and other communications.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. A CFA designation is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years' experience in asset management or a financial services firm, with expertise in fixed income and derivatives markets.
  • Exceptional knowledge of macroeconomics and fixed income strategies, particularly in Australian fixed income markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, numerical acumen, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively within a team and produce written content for technical audiences.
  • A deep understanding of investment markets and the ability to assimilate complex information from diverse sources.
