About the Role

This position supports a portfolio of commercial electrical projects across Perth, providing specialist expertise in developing and delivering key project initiatives.

As the Project Administrator, you will assist with receiving, recording, and compiling project documents while ensuring strict standards for their management and accessibility.

  • Lead the development of project strategies to support multiple projects' life-cycle phases, from initiation to delivery phases.
  • Identify risks, issues and dependencies relating to large-scale, high-risk, complex projects and procurements, ensuring effective management controls and risk mitigation strategies are implemented.
  • Maintain purchase orders and invoices as directed by Project Manager/Project Engineer.
  • Receive, record, and compile project documents, including equipment manuals, technical reports, correspondences, and drawings.
  • Coordinate, maintain, and update project handover progress using checklists and closeout registers.
