Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Coordinator to lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive efficiency and accountability within the team, delivering consistently high-quality standards.
  • Take ownership of all commercial aspects, balancing cost, profitability, and decision-making impacts.
  • Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maximising opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in:

  • 7–10 years' experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator delivering major construction projects.
  • A strong technical background as an Electrical Tradesperson or Engineer.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing teams.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential).
  • Australian Defence background is desirable.
  • MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights
