Project Coordination Specialist

The successful candidate will lead and deliver electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. They will drive efficiency within the team, delivering high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with quality and client requirements.
  • Drive accountability and performance within the team.
  • Manage commercial aspects, balancing cost, profitability, and decision-making impacts.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maximising opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead diverse individuals and teams to achieve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years' experience in project management or a related field.
  • A strong technical background as an Electrical Tradesperson or Engineer.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing self-performing teams.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (essential).
  • Australian Defence background is desirable.
  • Valid Australian Working Rights are mandatory.
