Sales Team Lead

As a sales team leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job DescriptionCoordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, to create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
- Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service
- Delivery quality, profitable sales according to established targets
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer any queries
- Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard
- Monitor and assist with web orders that come through to store, including picking, packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner
- Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety
