Leadership Opportunity in Pet Retail

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to lead our Joondalup store as a Store Supervisor on a casual basis.

About the Role
  • To lead by example and provide guidance and feedback to the store team
  • Manage daily operations of the store in your absence
  • Oversee stock replenishment, merchandising and visual displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on sales
Key Responsibilities:
  • At least 6 months experience in a supervisory capacity
  • At least 2 years experience working with a high volume retailer
  • Strong merchandising skills and ability to manage store visual displays
  • High integrity and a role model for team members in terms of good work ethic and behaviours
  • Composure under stress and pressure

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example and providing guidance to the store team. You will also be responsible for managing daily operations of the store in your absence, overseeing stock replenishment, merchandising and visual displays, and delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on sales.

We are looking for an individual with at least 6 months experience in a supervisory capacity, as well as at least 2 years experience working with a high volume retailer. The ideal candidate will possess strong merchandising skills and the ability to manage store visual displays, as well as high integrity and a role model for team members in terms of good work ethic and behaviours.
