Job Title: Team Leader

Overview

Miss Maud Joondalup, Western Australia offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our hospitality business.

Join us in this exciting role as a Team Leader and take charge of supervising and training staff, supporting and upholding systems and procedures, meeting budget targets, motivating and leading by example, delivering excellent customer service, handling cash and ensuring accurate till management, and ensuring compliance with OH&S standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Support and uphold systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations and quality outcomes.
  • Motivate and lead by example to drive team performance and achievement of goals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive experience for our customers.
  • Handle cash and ensure accurate till management to maintain financial integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S standards to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers.
  • Manage stock control to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
About You
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and management.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work well both independently and within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong prioritisation and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
