Drive sustainable growth and profitability in a national retailer partnership.
- Annual Objectives: Own and deliver annual volume, net sales, and gross profit targets for the partnership.
- Strategic Planning: Build and execute strategic Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Customer Partnership: Partner with the retailer's Buying and Category teams to align on promotions, activations, and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, category, shopper, supply chain, and finance to drive business results.
- Category Growth: Identify and act on growth opportunities to elevate both the business and the wine category.
What We're Looking For:
- Commercial Acumen: Proven experience as a high-performing National Account Manager in FMCG, liquor, or wine.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with data tools.
- Negotiation and Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
