This career-launching program provides a comprehensive pathway to help you succeed as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

  • You will work with a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our business, culture, and clients.

The 12-month program includes industry-leading mentorship from experienced professionals. You will be exposed to various working styles to help you develop your own approach and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

  1. Phase 1: Foundation (1-3 months)
    • Welcome package upon arrival
    • Online induction learnings for technical and soft skills
    • Daily support from local peers and allocated mentor
    • Weekly meetings with Team Leader
    • Report writing training and Quality Assurance Program support
  2. Phase 2: Growth (3-6 months)
    • Three-month check-in
    • Weekly supervision with allocated mentor
    • Ongoing case reviews and QA support
    • Access to incentive program
    • Next six-month development plan
  3. Phase 3: Mastery (6-12 months)
    • Access to service mentoring to achieve goals
    • Celebration of completing the graduate year
    • Engagement with other graduates nationally
    • Access to paid professional development
    • Next twelve-month career planning meeting
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists with full AHPRA registration
  • Exercise Physiologists with ESSA membership and AEP status
  • Rehabilitation Counsellors with full ASORC membership
  • Open to candidates nearing registration who are aiming to commence a Rehabilitation Assistant role while awaiting membership
