- You will be responsible for overseeing the performance and quality of the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
- A willingness to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's licence.
- A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees.
- An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with diverse cultural groups.
- A passion for mentoring and coaching.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
- A keen sense of punctuality and the ability to manage your time effectively.
