This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team.

  • As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and direction to a group of rehabilitation consultants.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the performance and quality of the team.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders is also a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Exploring new opportunities and growth areas is essential to the success of our business.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
  • A willingness to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's licence.
  • A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees.
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with diverse cultural groups.
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the ability to manage your time effectively.
