About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work with individuals who have experienced a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.

  • Deliver assessments and guidance to help clients navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design effective programs to support injured employees.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and education to employers on the benefits of good work practices for injured workers.
  • Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured and ill workers and develop strategies to support their return to work.
