This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Fragrance portfolio, leveraging market insights and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing product assortment management strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Analysing market context and trends to inform product development and launch decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop campaign marketing strategies that deliver business objectives
  • Monitoring and analysing brand performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise brand marketing and category strategies
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in product management, preferably in the beauty industry or similar FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop long-term product and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • A high level of motivation and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
