This is an exciting opportunity to join our luxury retail team as a beauty counter manager.
As a beauty counter manager, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting experience for our customers, utilizing your expert knowledge of beauty products and exceptional customer service skills.
You will work closely with our sales managers to empower our clients to look and feel their best, and will have the opportunity to grow your career with one of Australia's iconic luxury retailers.
Key Responsibilities:- Share your passion for beauty with our clients and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to achieve commercial objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide outstanding customer service.
- Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.
- Completed or currently studying a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty (Makeup or Beauty Therapy).
- Experience working within a customer-centric environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
