Drive Growth and Shape the Future of a Luxury Brand
As a Product Manager in our L'Oréal Luxe Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of and managing the Fragrance portfolio for one of our most daring and bold beauty brands. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of a fast-growing Dragon brand.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the brand's Fragrance portfolio including product assortment management, launch sizing, forecasting and product lifecycle management.
- Understand and analyze market context and trends, consumer insights and competitive landscapes to identify portfolio growth opportunities to unlock growth opportunities.
- Campaign marketing strategy development, implementation, and execution management, with a strong focus on O+O excellence.
- Monitor and analyze brands performance metrics, including product sales, pricing, profitability, market share, rankings, and campaign effectiveness, sharing findings with senior management.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize brand marketing and category strategies (including launch and core pillars) to contribute to continued growth for the brand, achieve business objectives and build long-term consumer relationships.
- Accurately plan and track spend, meeting financial objectives. You will have considerable input in establishing financial goals.
- Own the brand guidelines to maintain brand identity, ensuring that all actions align with the sense of purpose while nurturing the brand.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including the wider brand team and cross-functional team leads to drive brand and category growth through a solid, engaging consumer, media, PR, digital strategy, retail, and trade activations.
- Support the brand education team to ensure a proper understanding, recommendation, and usage of the products to drive sales.
- Previous Experience:
- Product & portfolio management including forecasting and launch sizing, ideally in the Beauty industry or similar FMCG environment, with an understanding of a luxury retail brand.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to develop long term product and marketing strategies leveraging consumer & market insights.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration Skills:
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- You are highly motivated self-starter, with a can-do attitude, known for taking initiative in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- As a dynamic and detail-oriented individual, you effortlessly straddle the worlds off brand building, commercial strategy and data-driven analysis.
- You must have demonstrated success in managing budgets with ROI delivery and achieving sales outcomes from initiated campaigns.
- You must be self-motivated & driven to be able to drive your own results and manage your time efficiently.
