About The Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to drive growth in our luxury fragrance business. As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that propel our brand forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the portfolio including assortment management, launch planning, forecasting, and lifecycle management
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth
  • Campaign marketing strategy development, implementation, and execution management with a focus on excellence
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics including sales, pricing, profitability, market share, rankings, and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise marketing and category strategies
  • Achieve financial objectives through accurate spend planning and tracking
  • Maintain brand identity by ensuring all actions align with our sense of purpose while nurturing the brand
About You
  • Previous experience in product and portfolio management preferably in the beauty industry or similar FMCG environment with an understanding of luxury retail brands
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop long term product and marketing strategies leveraging consumer & market insights
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
