Job Title

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive brand growth in our Accelerator Brands team through strategic planning, media engagement, and digital activations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop brand and product strategies.
  • Monitor customer strategy and implement retail materials in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Own brand guidelines to ensure consistency with the brand's sense of purpose and identity.
  • Manage consumer and market insights to inform new product development.
  • Work closely with commercial, retail, and field teams to ensure proper understanding and usage of products to drive sales.
  • Drive business performance through effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Conduct analysis and reports to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Launch and grow pillar products using expertise in product, market, and consumer insight.
About You:
  • Strong experience in end-to-end marketing brand execution and trade marketing.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the beauty or retail industry with an understanding of luxury retail/beauty brands is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in forecasting and data analytics is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and time management skills are required to drive results.
