Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic brand growth through effective consumer engagement and digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive brand and product strategies.
  • Monitor customer strategy closely, working in tandem with the commercial team to implement retail materials effectively.
  • Own brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand identity and actions that align with our sense of purpose.
  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights, sharing findings with senior management to inform new product development.
  • Work closely with commercial, retail field teams to ensure understanding, recommendation, and usage of products drive sales.
  • Enhance business performance through strong cross-functional teamwork foundations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to understand markets and customers, enabling swift reaction to changing trends and leveraging insights to drive organization growth.
  • Orchestrate launches and push growth of pillar products using expertise in product, market, and consumer knowledge to contribute to continued brand and consumer relationship growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in end-to-end marketing brand execution and trade marketing.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the beauty or retail industry with an understanding of luxury retail/beauty brands is highly desirable.
  • Essential previous experience in forecasting and data analytics.
  • Essential previous experience in dealing with media agencies and briefings.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and deal with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and drive to manage own results and time efficiently.
