Now, we're bringing that same experience to a physical store, offering customers the opportunity to receive tailored advice and product recommendations in person.

We are looking for additional casual team members to join our store at Southland as we continue to grow our physical retail presence.

This role is ideal for those with a strong understanding of skincare and beauty, who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy helping others navigate their beauty routines with confidence.

The Role
At Adore Beauty our customers mean everything to us and we're looking for an incredible Retail team to help us show them how seamless the beauty journey can be.

As a retail team member at Adore Beauty, you will be responsible for delivering personalised customer experiences, offering expert advice, and ensuring our store provides a welcoming and informative shopping environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised, and inviting
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends
• Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
• Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
• Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

What We Are Looking For

• At least two years of retail experience in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare
• Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser, or makeup artist will be highly regarded.
• A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends
• A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• A confident, positive, and solution-focused approach
