Role Overview

The Test and Release Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review functional specifications, solution requirements, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and conduct walk-throughs with stakeholders.
  • Manage test environments and data across projects and BAU testing activities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and support teams to deploy releases to production.
  • Ensure quality gates and SLAs are adhered to for all releases deployed into production.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have experience performing system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing in a complex environment. Familiarity with JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence is also essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are key attributes required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with API testing using SOAP UI or other automation toolsets.
  • Familiarity with ISTQB foundation certification.
  • Excellent customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to make sense of complex information to solve problems effectively.
