Requisition ID: 28801- Location: Southbank, AU, 3006Excellent opportunity for a Test and Release Analyst to join our Digital Team.

The role will be accountable to the Test and Release Manager and can be worked flexibly from home and our Southbank office - hybrid work model.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review functional specification, solution requirements, technical specifications, user stories and provide feedback to the author of the document
- Ensure there is relevant traceability between requirements and test cases
- Ensure test artefacts are aligned with ENGIE's testing standards
- Create test plan, test cases, and conduct walk through with key stakeholders
- Manage test environments and test data across projects and BAU testing activities
- Create test recommendation/test summary report and review with stakeholders
- Ensure release readiness and work with vendor and support teams to deploy a release to production
- Ensure quality gates and SLAs are adhered to for all releases being deployed into Production
- Contribute where applicable to uplift the test and release management framework

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience performing system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing and coordination in a complex environment, preferably gained within the utilities sector with a billing CRM system. You will also have experience on API testing using SOAP UI or any other standard automation toolset and be familiar with JIRA, Zephyr and confluence.

You have the ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems You possess excellent communication skills with a customer focussed mindset. You are action-oriented and able to display situational adaptability.

ISTQB foundation certification will be well regarded.
