**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Testing & Release Management**
- Develop and execute test plans in Jira aligned with ENGIE's digital processes.
- Log and manage defects, collaborating with developers and business teams to ensure release readiness.

**Regression Automation**
- Build and maintain automated regression suites using SmartBear tools (TestComplete, SoapUI).
- Update scripts to reflect business changes (e.g., tariff updates).
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with SmartBear-Jira integration.

**Environment Coordination**
- Manage non-production environments (dev, test, staging), ensuring configurations mirror production.
- Coordinate environment scheduling, refreshes, and data masking in line with privacy regulations.

**Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting**
- Align testing strategies with project goals and deliver clear reports on test outcomes and release risks.
- Support post-release validation and monitor production performance.
- This is a full-time role based in our Southbank office, operating within a hybrid work model. The position requires a high level of flexibility to meet delivery timelines and support critical business activities.

**About You**
- You're a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with a passion for quality assurance and digital reliability. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a strong understanding of the energy retail sector.

**Qualifications & Education**
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant field.
- ISTQB certification (International Software Testing Qualification Board).

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in the Utilities Industry, ideally within the Energy Retail Sector.
- Strong background in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- Experience testing complex energy billing & quoting systems, Salesforce CRM, Customer-facing websites and mobile apps (iOS, Android, browser) and Integration platforms.
