Receptionist Role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly part-time receptionist to join our team at a hotel. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and ensure they have a positive experience.

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • Make reservations and handle cancellations promptly
  • Process payments accurately and maintain records
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a receptionist in a hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
