That wouldn't be possible without a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance team working quietly and efficiently behind the curtain.

We're currently searching for a trustworthy, responsible, and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our team. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our high standards and supporting the growth of our department.

This role is for someone who:

  • Takes pride in being dependable and consistent

  • Has a professional, level-headed approach to challenges

  • Is proactive—if something needs fixing, you're already on it

  • Wants to help shape and grow a small but vital team

  • Enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and getting the job done right

Experience is helpful, but not everything. If you're a responsible individual who's good with tools and wants to learn more, we'll provide training and support to build your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform general repairs and upkeep across the hotel

  • Follow preventative maintenance schedules with precision and care

  • Respond quickly to issues, take initiative, and follow through until resolved

  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and professional at all times

  • Uphold our 5-star standards—whether you're fixing a tap or replacing a light
