Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic professional to join our team as a Full-Time Hotel Representative.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment, and strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and Opera.

  • Deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Work flexible shifts in Food & Beverage & Front Desk operations
  • Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks ensuring every day is different
  • Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to internal and external guests at all times

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless guest experiences through efficient front office operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using hotel software
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve overall service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
