The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Qld State Sales Manager in delivering sales and marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Qld State Sales Manager, including coordinating travel arrangements, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives, including creating sales reports and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and thrive in a team-oriented culture.
