About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Documentation Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing full sets of shipping documents and presenting them to banks for negotiation under Letter of Credit (LC) in line with compliance terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and shipping activities of the group
  • Deliver export products in an efficient and cost-effective manner to clients
  • Manage contracts and ensure alignment to contractual terms and conditions
  • Prepare LC drafts in accordance with LC and contractual terms and incoterms
  • Liaise with banks on all LC and documentation matters
  • Liaise with buyers on all LC and operational matters
  • Provide sales operational support to the sales and marketing team
  • Maintain and record keeping of export insurances and declarations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with relevant international trade experience
  • Good understanding of international trade and incoterms
  • Ability to perform and deliver under pressure
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (preferred)
