About the Role:

The role requires passion, drive, and a commitment to delivering high-level service and support to donors. This involves actioning their queries and providing timely responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide collaborative and integrated donor liaison services.
  • Support the team in achieving revenue targets by coordinating donor recognition activities.
  • Help design and update core donor communication requests and database administration.
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to donors without Relationship Managers.
  • Provide additional support as required to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Assist with updating internal databases and records to reflect accurate information.
