Job Title: Customer Reservations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and acting as the key link between customer needs and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage charterer consultants to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Oversee charter bookings, provide support to the charter team, and ensure booking quotes align with approved pricing.
  • Work closely with charter operations to guarantee bookings can be delivered by operations and capacity is available.
  • Complete monthly invoicing and ensure all invoicing is completed prior to the end of the month.
  • Visit customers as required in conjunction with charter consultants and the business development manager.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive work environment aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide monthly reports on charter revenue, pipeline reporting, and revenue below target pricing.
  • Collaborate with finance to assist in debtors and collection/payment of invoices.
Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has prior experience working in complex organizations, preferably in the public transport industry. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

A customer-first mindset and proactive attitude are crucial for success in this role. Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Qualifications:

A degree in business management or a similar field is highly regarded.
