Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this hands on role will be responsible for supporting the reservations team in end to end process of FIT and Groups Bookings.
You will ensure that guests receive the best possible pre-arrival experience, identifying peak moments that can be set up for the broader team to deliver.QualificationsYou will have:working experience in a similar role (front office / reservations within premium segment in hotels is preferred)experience is supervising diverse teamsa proven record of accurate reporting, while working within time constrainsAbility to work full time (mostly Monday - Friday, however some weekend work may be required from time to time)an excellent understanding of reservations processesthe ability to think creatively and be a proactive self-starterknowledge of the Adelaide market is advantageousexperience working with Opera Cloud and Resaweb is preferredFull time working rights in AustraliaAdditional InformationWhat is in it for you:ALL Heartist, Employee benefit card, offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our "Learn your Way" Academy platforms, ongoing training and development opportunities (self-pace, virtual webinars, face to face)Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world
