Job OverviewAs a seasoned professional, you will lead the central reservations office in Sydney, overseeing the day-to-day management of the CRS team and all reservations. You will be responsible for establishing business relationships with hotel concierge teams and event coordinators, while providing exceptional customer service and communication.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the effective and efficient management of central reservations, conferences, and events.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the CRS team, all reservations, and liaise with individual restaurants.
  • Maintain brand knowledge and current with restaurant operational requirements.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with hotel concierge teams and event coordinators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Manage and respond to guest feedback in a timely and appropriate manner.
Requirements
  • A tertiary certificate qualification in hospitality or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum three years management or reservations management experience within restaurants.
  • Sound planning and time management skills.
  • Sound written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
