Software Sales Representative

At 9850 SigmaTEK Pty. Ltd., we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the Western Australia and New South Wales sales territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed quarterly individual sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Conduct sales activities within budget and company guidelines, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Network and develop long-term relationships with reseller and distribution channel partners within the assigned territory.
- Follow up on qualified sales leads from various sources, including web, campaigns, and trade shows.
- Deliver solution demonstrations, both virtual and in-person, and communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Define solutions, generate quotes, and conduct benchmarks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of general technical knowledge of SigmaNEST products and shop floor solutions.
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline to ensure business growth and revenue targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with business systems, including NetSuite.
- Represent SigmaNEST at trade shows and hosted events as required.
- Proven track record in B2B software sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years.
- Sales experience in the Western Australia and New South Wales sales territories.
- Ability to travel across Western Australia and New South Wales sales territories.
- SigmaNEST or similar CAD/CAM experience as an estimator/programmer is preferred.
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and disciplined.
- Sales-driven and energetic.
- Must have the right to work in Australia to apply for this job.
