About the Role

Oracle is a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise software solutions, empowering businesses to drive growth and innovation. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives by delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned customers and prospects
  • Develop and execute account plans, including financial targets and critical milestones
  • Lead the sales process, engaging with pre-sales, consulting, and partner resources as needed
  • Define and communicate the value proposition of Oracle's cloud solutions, driving sales and marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, positioning Oracle's offerings to meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, consistently hitting and surpassing sales targets
  • Engage with prospects to position Oracle solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case development, ROI analysis, and reference validation
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize revenue generation
  • Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and deliver results
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of tenure in sales, with a proven track record of success in closing deals
  • Ability to offer unique perspectives, reframing and challenging the way customers view their business
  • Adept at driving two-way communication, clearly articulating value propositions and teaching to customer pain points
  • Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of customer businesses and discuss issues from multiple angles
  • Understanding of the decision-making process and ability to influence key decision-makers
  • Experience selling high-end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market companies
  • C-level verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience closing deals with financial heads or supply chain leaders or similar business leaders
