Business Development Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell multichannel solutions that deliver real value to customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions.
  • Lead compelling presentations and product demonstrations to win new business.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships that maximise value for both parties.
  • Accurately forecast sales and maintain CRM data (Salesforce).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless handover to Account Management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in face-to-face sales or business development.
  • Proven ability to sell complex, multichannel solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), Excel; Power BI is a plus.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
