Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of civil infrastructure projects in regional areas. This is a permanent role offering opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise direct and subcontractor resources to ensure timely project completion and quality works.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met, and coordinate daily planning for work crews.
  • Develop site project plans, estimate resource requirements, and work closely with clients and Project Managers to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Train new employees, conduct performance reviews, and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Ensure quality and environmental standards are met, and coordinate subcontractors engaged on-site.
Requirements
  • Cert IV in Frontline Management or similar qualification is preferred.
  • Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) or similar qualification is preferred.
  • Hold a current Construction Induction Card.
  • Pass a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol test.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and planning skills, with experience in concrete and structures construction.
