Job Overview

A Civil Infrastructure Project Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of major civil infrastructure projects in regional Western Australia.

This is a permanent position offering opportunities for career advancement and growth within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise direct and subcontractor resources onsite to ensure prompt project delivery and high-quality works.
  • Maintain employee safety standards and ensure compliance with work regulations.
  • Manage project timeframes and ensure key milestones are met.
  • Plan daily work crews and provide on-site leadership.
  • Scope site projects for accurate estimation and collaborate with clients and project managers to meet performance indicators.
  • Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
  • Promote a positive health, safety, quality, and environmental culture.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors engaged onsite.
Requirements:
  • Experience with concrete and structures.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
  • Proven experience in effective health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
  • Ability to work in remote locations as required.
  • Cert IV in Frontline Management or similar (desirable).
  • Cert IV in WHS or similar (desirable).
  • Current Construction Induction Card and pass a pre-employment medical test.
