About the Job

The Technical Service Manager role is a key position in our organization, responsible for overseeing the Infrastructure Support Team. The team delivers business performance outcomes by managing infrastructure operational processes and internal controls that provide value and mitigate ICT service risks. This includes managing a hybrid computing model of infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and on-premise services such as virtual servers, Fortinet firewall appliances located in Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps.

About You

As an inspirational leader, the ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a track record of implementing and managing ICT services in a cloud-based environment. They will have experience delivering high-level customer services consistent with good practice and driving continuous improvement. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of AZURE Cloud Technologies, delivery model software as a service (SaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

Key Responsibilities

  • • Manage and comply with hybrid computing model of Infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and on-premise infrastructure services • Develop and implement strategies to improve infrastructure operational processes and internal controls • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance outcomes • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
