Customer Service Reviewer Job
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Reviewer to visit retail outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc. This role involves posing as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.
The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet. The number of assignments offered depends on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability. Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
Responsibilities:
- Visit retail outlets and observe store presentation, service, selling skills and cleanliness.
- Make detailed notes about your experience.
- Complete surveys online about your experience.
- Ensure you have access to the internet to complete surveys.
Requirements:
- Good memory and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Access to the internet.
- Availability to complete assignments as required.
