About the Role:

  • Visit retail outlets and pose as a customer to gather observations about your experience.
  • Complete an online survey about your visit, providing detailed feedback on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and other aspects of the customer experience.
  • Use your eye for detail and good memory to accurately report on your experiences.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively complete surveys and provide valuable insights.

This is a flexible role that allows you to work at your own pace and complete tasks successfully. The number of assignments offered will depend on your availability, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.
