As a customer service professional, you will be visiting retail stores to assess the presentation, service quality, and overall customer experience.

About the Job

This role requires someone with an eye for detail and good observational skills. You will need to pose as a customer and make detailed notes about your experience. Once you have completed your visit, you will then submit a report online.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is reliable, has excellent communication skills, and access to the internet. The number of assignments you receive will depend on your availability, ability to complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. This is an opportunity to provide valuable feedback to our clients and gain insight into their customers' experiences.
